I know what a clean line looks like, and I’ll tell you when I’m not seeing one.
I’ve been a stagehand for more than 30 years, and I picked up a camera almost 20 years ago. The studios I was doing sound for started asking for photos — and I’ve been shooting dance and model portfolios, audition sets, and headshots for their dancers ever since.

We talk it through
Tell me what the photos are for — an audition, a portfolio, a website — and we’ll plan the look, location, and what to wear.
We shoot
I set up the lighting, give you direction and feedback as we go, and keep it relaxed.
You get your gallery
I edit every image by hand. Your private online gallery is usually ready in 2–3 weeks.

Where do sessions happen?
At my full-service studio near the Spokane Arena (540 W Cataldo St), or on location — I’m happy to come to you, around Spokane and the Inland Northwest.
Do you do video too?
Yes. I’m an audio engineer as well as a photographer, so I can cover video along with your photos. Tell me what you have in mind when you get in touch.
Do you photograph medical providers?
Yes. A good share of my headshot work is for doctors, nurses, and other medical providers who need a clean, professional photo for a practice website, provider directory, or LinkedIn.
How soon will I get my photos?
Usually within 2–3 weeks, in a private online gallery. If you’re up against an audition deadline, ask about rush delivery.
How do I reserve a date?
Send me a message through the contact page. A non-refundable retainer holds your date and goes toward your session fee; the rest is due by the day of the shoot.
What should I wear for headshots?
Nice street clothes — what you’d wear to a meeting or an audition. Solid colors work best. That goes for medical providers, actors, and dancers alike.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, at no charge. If someone’s sick or the weather turns, we’ll just find another day.
Do you photograph teams and schools?
Yes — team, league, and school picture days go through my other studio, Spokane Team Photos.
